Since beginning of August 2011, the electronic tools provided by CCMC allow you to meet face-to-face with experts all over Europe without leaving your desk.

Since 2010 CCMC offers free-of-charge web conferencing facilities for all CEN & CENELEC technical bodies (TC, SC, WG, Workshops) and management or technical groups with CEN or CENELEC secretariat. The new version of GoToMeeting introduces “HDFaces”, a high-definition video conferencing technology. It combines, in a simple and natural way, the known screen sharing and audio conferencing functionalities with video conferencing. Meeting participants can share up to 6 high-resolution video conferencing streams while viewing the presenter's screen. A resizable viewer and customizable layouts allow to adapt to numerous monitor and projection configurations.

CCMC kindly invites all CEN & CENELEC meeting organizers to subscribe and experience the service, and hopes that web meetings will allow them to progress on their CEN and CENELEC work.
