The CENELEC Strategy 2010-2013 presents the organization’s global perspective on its role and expected achievements by 2013. The strategy therefore relies on the analysis of current societal, political and economic developments and on the foresight of the challenges ahead with the aim to maintain the organisation’s relevance, and to preserve and reinforce its added value. It is the outcome of a consultation process with the membership, industry representatives, societal partners and other relevant stakeholders. The Strategy 2010-2013 and its implementation plan were approved at the CENELEC 49th General Assembly in Madrid on 30 June 2009.
