At the reception desk, the CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre team will be pleased to assist you with the registration of participants, the use of a fax machine, information on hotels and restaurants as well as taxi reservation, train and plane timetables.
For small amounts of copies, a photocopier is at your disposal. In the touch down area, a PC and printing facilities as well as internet connection is available for visitors.
Upon request you can organize audio conferencing or book additional audio, video and IT equipment.
The rental and installation costs are not included in the meeting room rental prices and will be charged separately.
If you need accommodation, we propose a hotel from the list of specially negotiated hotel rates.
