RemarksBTWG 72-3 was set up to consider the needs in this field.74 BT asked BTWG 72-3 to prepare a work programme to be offered to IEC.75 BT decided to propose the work programme prepared by BTWG 72-3 to IEC/CO, bearing in mind the possible establishment of an IEC/TC.In the meantime BTTF 72-3 was asked to start the work as outlined in the work programme
