To manage all aspects related to standardization in the field of electronic components, including:

- Decisions on all strategic and technical issues;

- Management of its sub-committees and working groups;

- Responding of the expressed need of User Groups;

- Co-ordination with CECC Certification through the Liaison Body;

- Reporting to the CENELEC Technical Board.

TC CECC Membership:

- Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary

- Two representatives nominated by each NC with fully delegated authority

- The Chairmen of WG-QAP and the User Groups

- The Chairmen of the SCs (this will probably have to be managed on an agreed representation basis)

- Other representatives by invitation, with Observer status
