Traite de la détermination des caractéristiques fonctionnelles, de la comparaison entre équipements et de la détermination pratique appropriée en répertoriant les caractéristiques utiles pour établir les spécifications et en définissant des méthodes uniformes pour mesurer ces caractéristiques. |
