Technical liaison partners
The concept of Technical Liaison Partnership as laid down in CENELEC Guide 31 is primarily intended for - but not limited to - fast moving and innovative market segments where inputs from pre-standardization efforts can be highly beneficial to serve as a possible basis for CENELEC work.
A Technical Liaison Partner of CENELEC is defined as either a European or an international organization with a European branch that, through its recognized expertise and the development of standards or similar technical documents, can provide input to the work of a technical body. These contributions can take the form of technical documents and similar contributions to the work programme of this technical body.
The following organizations are Technical Liaison Partners of CENELEC:

- ZigBee Alliance (CLC/TC 13 and CLC/TC 205)
- ONVIF (CLC/TC 79)
- DLMS User Association (CLC/TC 13)
- FISUEL (CLC/TC 64)
