      3rd  CEN-CENELEC Annual Meeting

A number of rooms have been reserved at hotels in the Lemesos area, in different price categories, with special rates for participants attending the  3rd  CEN-CENELEC Annual Meeting 2007.  Rooms are available at the Hawaii Grand Hotel & resort, the venue for the event, and two other hotels within the vicinity.

Make your reservations directly to the hotel of your choice as below  Participants are requested to make their bookings as soon as possible to ensure accommodation and to take advantage of the special rates which cannot be guaranteed after the dates as indicated below.

Booking confirmation will be sent to you by the hotel.  Please note the cancellation policy for hotels and that a “no show” will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
